Job Description

Customer Integration Associate onboarding e-commerce and supply-chain customers into OnTrac’s delivery systems. Coordinating setup, data exchange, timelines, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and issue resolution throughout onboarding from contract signing through go-live
  • Manage system setup, data exchange, and operational readiness activities
  • Accurately document and implement customer requirements
  • Track onboarding milestones and deliverables for multiple customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates
  • Provide clear and timely status communication and educate customers on processes, timelines, and requirements
  • Identify setup or integration issues, troubleshoot with internal teams, and escalate as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of onboarding activities, configurations, customer requirements, and integration steps
  • Follow established processes and standard operating procedures
  • Develop or update documentation, guides, and onboarding resources
  • Support process improvements and a consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Basic understanding of customer integration, industry principles, and terminology
  • Knowledge of standard office software and CRM technologies
  • Basic understanding of APIs, SFTP, and data exchange processes
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
  • Experience working with customer integrations, onboarding, or technical support preferred
  • Experience working with logistics, shipping, or supply chain platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, or similar data formats preferred
  • Prior experience with integration tools or middleware solutions preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal teams
