Job Description
Part-time remote customer service associate supporting shoppers for Reformation’s sustainable fashion brand. Handling orders, returns, styling questions, and customer feedback across service channels.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term, loyal client relationships
- Meet and exceed performance goals
- Help customers shop as a stylist, friend, and personal assistant
- Apply shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process customer orders efficiently
- Share customer and product feedback with Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development
- Learn all aspects of the business and gain exposure to different teams
Requirements:
- Smart, incredibly organized, and driven towards excellence
- Passionate about Reformation’s mission and products
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with people
- High degree of empathy, judgment, patience, and level-headedness to communicate and apply policies
- Positive and willing to take on any task
- Strong communication skills across email, text, and chat
- Able to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks; excellent time management
- Flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment
- Productive, focused work style to meet case volume expectations
- Flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team
- Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite
