Job Description

Customer Service Representative for Medica's health plans, resolving member inquiries via telephone. Handling claims, enrollment, and billing with a focus on exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to Medica's members
  • Resolve service inquiries related to claims, enrollment, and billing
  • Work telephonically to assist members in complex situations
  • Participate in a fast-paced and rewarding training environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high quality service to members
  • Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to identify process improvements and provide mentor feedback
