Job Description
Customer Service Representative for Medica's health plans, resolving member inquiries via telephone. Handling claims, enrollment, and billing with a focus on exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to Medica's members
- Resolve service inquiries related to claims, enrollment, and billing
- Work telephonically to assist members in complex situations
- Participate in a fast-paced and rewarding training environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver high quality service to members
- Advanced ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
- Ability to identify process improvements and provide mentor feedback
