Job Description
Customer Service Representative for the Online Retail Department assisting Norwegian-speaking clients. Providing customer support through phone, email, and live chat while collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding online retail products.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product offerings and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
