Job Description
Customer Service Sales Representative providing support and handling technical inquiries. Engagement and relationship building for positive customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for customers/communities
- Handle various types of customer inquiries
- Engage and build a consultative relationship with customers
- Respond to requests regarding technical questions and problem resolution
- Actively put customer needs at the center of interactions
- Create personal connection and demonstrate a favorable image of the organization
- Communicate in a warm and friendly manner through various platforms: SMS, chat, email, or phone
Requirements:
- Some High School Coursework
- 0-2 years relevant work experience
- Must be flexible to work assigned shifts
- Demonstrates ability to articulate relevant information
- Must wear telephone headset and manipulate objects, such as pen, keyboard, and mouse.
