Job Description

Customer Service Sales Representative providing support and handling technical inquiries. Engagement and relationship building for positive customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for customers/communities
  • Handle various types of customer inquiries
  • Engage and build a consultative relationship with customers
  • Respond to requests regarding technical questions and problem resolution
  • Actively put customer needs at the center of interactions
  • Create personal connection and demonstrate a favorable image of the organization
  • Communicate in a warm and friendly manner through various platforms: SMS, chat, email, or phone

Requirements:

  • Some High School Coursework
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience
  • Must be flexible to work assigned shifts
  • Demonstrates ability to articulate relevant information
  • Must wear telephone headset and manipulate objects, such as pen, keyboard, and mouse.
