Job Description
Customer Success Analyst at Effecti, enhancing client relationships in government procurement sector. Driving strategy for high client satisfaction and business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Create a friendly and professional relationship with clients;
- Align expectations with the clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities, and demonstrate results (QBR);
- Identify and create business and expansion opportunities;
- Be responsible for client strategy and servicing, aiming to achieve a high NPS (and managing related follow-ups). Therefore, it is important to ensure excellent service and continuously improve your knowledge during interactions to deliver maximum value to clients;
- Develop strategic initiatives to drive engagement across the client portfolio under your responsibility;
- Build a solid relationship with each client and work to keep these contracts healthy and stable, opening possibilities for expansion;
- Monitor, address, and reverse churn;
- Retain clients through a friendly and productive relationship;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields.
- Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for data/information analysis;
- Organized to ensure quality in deliverables;
- Experience in customer service within Customer Success;
- Professional demeanor to build credibility with a wide range of client profiles;
- Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance, and multiple demands;
- Clear and assertive communication skills;
- Experience and solid knowledge of public procurement and bidding processes;
