Job Description
Customer Success Analyst guiding renters through qualification for TheGuarantors’ fintech leasing-risk platform. Managing customer pipelines and Mandarin-English communications to drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of deals and proactively follow up with customers to move deals forward and drive revenue
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in a wide range of situations requiring a unique approach
- Gather data on customer communications and engagement to improve the user experience
- Guide renters in qualifying for their dream homes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- A roll up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don’t know
- Empathy, integrity, and a sense of humor
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-centric mindset
- Team-oriented attitude
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and be highly adaptable to change
- Ability to work during business hours (8 hour workday between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)
- Must work one weekend day per week with one day off during the week (5-day work week)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Fluency in an additional language is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Hubspot, and similar platforms is a plus
- Prior experience with spreadsheets, data, and technology is a plus
- Experience with communication tools such as Slack and Zoom is a plus
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
