Job Description
Role involves building strong relationships with clients while ensuring high-level NPS. Effecti offers innovative solutions in public procurement processes with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Build a friendly and professional relationship with clients;
- Align expectations with clients in your portfolio, identify opportunities, and demonstrate results (QBR);
- Identify and create business and expansion opportunities;
- Responsible for the strategy and support provided to clients, aiming to achieve a high NPS (and its follow-ups). Therefore, ensure excellent service and continuously improve your knowledge during interactions to deliver maximum value to clients;
- Develop strategic actions to drive engagement across the client portfolio under your responsibility;
- Build a strong relationship with each client and work to maintain stable contract health, creating opportunities for expansion;
- Monitor, address, and reverse churn;
- Increase client loyalty through a friendly and productive relationship;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Law, Public Management, or related fields;
- Strong logical reasoning and aptitude for data/information analysis;
- Organized to ensure quality in deliverables;
- Experience in customer support within customer success;
- Professional demeanor to build credibility with diverse client profiles;
- Resilience to handle pressure, client resistance, and multiple demands;
- Good communication skills to be clear and assertive;
- Experience and strong knowledge of public procurement/tender processes;
