Job Description

Customer Success Associate managing high-value B2B SaaS and fintech accounts for Finom. Driving retention, product adoption, expansion, and revenue growth across European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and actively manage a portfolio of high-value customers across European markets
  • Engage customers through a multi-channel communication strategy
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and become a trusted client contact
  • Drive revenue growth, retention, and product adoption across Finom’s product suite
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities while avoiding churn
  • Use account data, usage signals, and portfolio trends to prioritize outreach and identify opportunities or risks
  • Monitor account health and proactively intervene with at-risk clients
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, activity, and account tracking
  • Use Modjo and AI call-intelligence tools to improve performance and share best practices
  • Support clients throughout all lifecycle stages
  • Follow relevant AML, transaction-monitoring, and internal processes
  • Contribute to Finom’s expansion across its Revenue Function under the Chief Revenue Officer

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a Sales, Account Management, Customer Success position in B2B SaaS or Fintech
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercially focused mindset, considering revenue per account and expansion potential
  • Ability to use data to identify churn risks and account expansion opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being developed
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar tools is a benefit
  • Native or perfect fluency in German or Italian
  • Fluency in English
