Job Description
Customer Success professional conducting onboarding for clinics at Secretar.AI. Ensuring clients transition smoothly to an organized operational system utilizing AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding of new clients at Secretar.AI.
- Gather initial information about the clinic, team, schedule, services, commercial routines, and systems currently in use.
- Oversee data migrations from systems such as Clinicorp, Simple Dental, Follow, and similar platforms.
- Organize files, spreadsheets, documents, and data received from clients.
- Assist clients with their first use of the platform.
- Configure accounts, environments, integrations, and workflows within the platform.
- Provide technical support for the implementation of new clients.
- Understand issues faced by clients, test fixes, and document identified problems.
- Plan support content, tutorials, onboarding materials, and knowledge base articles.
- Use AI tools, such as Claude Code or Codex, to accelerate testing, documentation, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with product, support, and operations teams to turn real client needs into practical solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, support, implementations, onboarding, Customer Success, or operations.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, digital tools, and data organization.
- Strong writing skills for documenting processes, issues, and client guidelines.
- Ability to quickly learn new platforms.
- Capacity to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
