Job Description

Customer Success Manager supporting North American B2B accounts using Precoro’s AI-powered procurement SaaS platform. Driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and nurture a portfolio of North American B2B accounts after go-live
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop Joint Success Plans
  • Handle contract renewal and expansion conversations
  • Track product usage and customer health metrics
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively
  • Consult clients on core procurement use cases
  • Conduct refresher training for key users
  • Guide customers through new product adoption, modules, and strategic integrations
  • Discuss pricing, contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Capture customer feedback, market insights, and product requirements for Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Engage satisfied customers in case studies, platform reviews, and referrals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal
  • Strong presentation abilities
  • Ability to engage in smooth, confident small talk with US clients
  • Understanding that Customer Success is a growth driver, not just technical support
  • Comfortable discussing monetary aspects, price adjustments, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Process-oriented problem solver capable of finding creative workarounds in complex customer setups
  • Ability to handle uncomfortable client conversations
  • Ability to take full ownership of results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment
  • Experience working with North American or US clients is a nice-to-have
  • General understanding of B2B Sales and Marketing functions is a nice-to-have
