Job Description

Customer Success Manager supporting Trackman’s golf driving range and indoor golf customers. Training venue staff, launching facilities, and building operator communities across Southwest Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist commercial customers with planning and execution of successful launches and operations
  • Ensure on-site staff are fully educated on Trackman software and Administrative Tools
  • Build the operator community through regular events and workshops
  • Conduct regular meetings and updates with owners and staff at each venue
  • Communicate with customers by email and phone about software updates and other key information
  • Train customers after venue installation on all aspects of the Trackman product
  • Support successful launch events and ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue, and engagement
  • Help customers with marketing materials and initiatives at launch and on an ongoing basis
  • Arrange regional events for facility owners to network, share best practices, and develop the operator community
  • Collect venue success stories and feedback to support future sales
  • Lead the operator referral program
  • Collaborate with the global Range product owner, sales representatives, marketing team, and customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Spanish would be a plus but is not a requirement
  • Relevant sales, marketing, or customer-facing support experience, ideally in golf or sports-related business
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably on-site
  • Experience in international companies and/or the golf sector
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide well-thought-through solutions
  • Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected, and responsible
  • Operational/hands-on and strategic mindset
  • Strong growth ambitions and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Willingness to work out of hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Domestic travel required, with 60%-75% of time on-site at customers
  • Occasional international travel required
  • Home/office in France or Benelux
  • Driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Customer-facing, problem-solving, analytical, sales, marketing, and golf/sports experience
