Job Description

Customer Success Manager growing strategic enterprise accounts for Enfuce’s cloud-native payments platform. Driving retention, expansion, executive engagement, and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted, long-term partnerships with key clients
  • Align client strategic goals with Enfuce solutions to drive revenue, retention, and mutual success
  • Act as lead commercial advisor and primary contact for executive stakeholders
  • Provide strategic guidance, navigate escalations, and represent customer needs internally
  • Identify and execute upselling, cross-selling, and solution adoption opportunities
  • Lead quarterly and executive business reviews covering KPIs, ROI achievements, and future opportunities
  • Monitor and interpret customer health signals and proactively mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Finance to deliver customer outcomes
  • Position Enfuce capabilities in strategic embedded finance and payments conversations
  • Champion customer feedback and contribute to product and service enhancements
  • Contribute to Customer Success process development and operational excellence
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to team best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior CSM, Key Account Manager, or similar client-facing role within payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven success managing and growing high-value, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Strong commercial mindset and track record of driving revenue through upselling, expansion, and strategic account development
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating enterprise customer environments
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and product offerings in BaaS, embedded finance, or issuer/processor environments
  • Data-driven decision-making, communication, planning, and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Product, and Technical Delivery
  • Customer advocacy and long-term success orientation
  • Fluency in English required
  • Experience with banks, fleet and mobility, or employee benefits customers is advantageous
  • Additional European languages are a plus
