Job Description
Responsable du succès client chez Fundica, moteur de recherche de financement en ligne primé. Gestion de l’implantation, des relations clients et de l’acquisition B2B aux États-Unis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships from onboarding through implementation, training, retention, and maintaining high levels of satisfaction
- Identify market opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships to drive customer acquisition in the United States
- Research industry events, prepare applications, and participate in them
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations to qualified prospects
- Prepare engagement letters and participate in closing the sales process
- Follow up with and manage qualified leads according to a defined sales process using the CRM
- Lead the implementation and training of new customers
- Ensure customer retention and long-term success
- Serve as the daily point of contact for customers, build trusted relationships, and identify and document their needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to maximize B2B retention and growth
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer success, sales, or other relevant customer-facing role
- A university bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of information technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interest in technology
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for business development and technology
