Job Description
Customer Success Manager onboarding subscribers for Simply Wall St’s visual stock research and portfolio platform. Driving portfolio activation, product adoption and early retention during US hours.
Responsibilities:
- Run personalised 1:1 onboarding sessions with new subscribers
- Understand subscribers' investing goals and help them create, import or connect portfolios and add holdings correctly
- Walk customers through relevant product features, including Snowflake analysis, Screener, Discover, watchlists and alerts
- Own welcome communications, check-ins, onboarding calls and follow-up
- Proactively contact subscribers who have not completed key onboarding steps or are not getting value from the platform
- Capture recurring customer feedback, feature gaps, usability issues, portfolio problems and customer expectations
- Turn customer feedback into structured insights for Product
- Connect onboarding activity to the 30/60/90-day Customer Success lifecycle
- Drive early activation and product adoption
- Achieve the target for new subscribers activated and receiving value within their first 14 days
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager, Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Engineering teams
- Help build the onboarding playbook as subscriber volumes grow
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, onboarding, account management or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in a subscription or SaaS business
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple onboarding conversations without letting details slip
- Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to explain product features simply and confidently
- Customer-focused approach; ability to build rapport quickly and help customers succeed
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Intercom or Zendesk is a bonus, not a requirement
- Curiosity about financial markets and investing, or willingness to learn
- Interest in growing with the business
