Job Description

Customer Success Manager helping Vantor’s government and defence software customers achieve adoption and long-term value. Managing onboarding, renewals, expansion, and strategic customer relationships across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout their journey with Vantor
  • Ensure customers achieve desired business outcomes, maximise platform adoption, and realise long-term value
  • Manage a portfolio of customers, driving product adoption, customer health, contract renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Lead customer onboarding, implementation and user enablement
  • Monitor customer usage, success metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and recommendations
  • Oversee release schedules and readiness
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product and Support to solve complex customer issues
  • Act as the “Voice of the Customer” within Vantor
  • Develop understanding of customers’ business, operational processes and strategic objectives
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell and additional services opportunities with Sales

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing or imagery solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with Defence, Government or Intelligence organisations
  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise software platforms
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%)
