Job Description
Customer Success Manager at Bonusly handling customer growth and retention for a portfolio of ~250 accounts. Project managing launches and designing engagement strategies while acting as a champion for users.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of ~250 customers in the SMB space throughout the life cycle
- Take the reins on critical customer success metrics, including renewal, expansion, and upsell
- Project manage customer launches and consult on best practices for effective user adoption
- Influence customers to effectively utilize Bonusly and expand their usage
- Design and/or support one-to-many engagement initiatives
- Act as an internal champion for our users while balancing Bonusly’s business goals
- Synthesize customer feedback, pain points, and success stories
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CSM handling a large volume of accounts
- Familiar with Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, ChurnZero, Hubspot, and/or other SaaS tools
- Experience in HR or related fields
