Job Description
Analista remoto orientando clientes da Contajá, plataforma brasileira de serviços contábeis e financeiros, na emissão de notas fiscais. Suporte a sistemas fiscais e resolução de inconsistências.
Responsibilities:
- Provide user support for issuing electronic tax invoices (NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e) in accordance with applicable legislation
- Assist internal and external customers and resolve questions regarding the issuance and cancellation of tax documents
- Assist with the integration and configuration of systems related to tax invoices and tax/accounting ERPs
- Review, validate, and verify tax data before issuance
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in the issuance and transmission of invoices
- Support customers in correctly issuing electronic tax invoices, ensuring basic compliance with current tax legislation
Requirements:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of issuing NF-e, NFS-e, and NFC-e
- Basic knowledge of tax legislation applicable to invoice issuance
- Familiarity with ICMS, ISS, PIS, and COFINS
- Experience or initial exposure to tax invoice issuance systems and ERPs
- Experience assisting customers via chat, WhatsApp, and email
- Ability to guide customers through operational questions
- Organization and attention to detail when verifying tax data
- Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting
