Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Norwegian-speaking customers with home appliance inquiries. Providing quality support, product information, and documenting interactions in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home appliances, ensuring they receive accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions neatly in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product information and customer service techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or home appliances, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
