Job Description

Customer Support Representative assisting Norwegian-speaking users in Home Entertainment Systems. Using various channels to provide solutions and support for technical inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment products, offering solutions and technical support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong interest in technology, particularly home entertainment systems.
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive team player.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
