Job Description
Customer Support Representative assisting Norwegian-speaking users in Home Entertainment Systems. Using various channels to provide solutions and support for technical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment products, offering solutions and technical support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in technology, particularly home entertainment systems.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive team player.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
