Job Description

Cyber assessment analyst supporting Millennium’s DoD cybersecurity readiness and mission assurance programs. Analyzing findings, validating reports, and developing senior-leader decision products.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze cyber assessment results, technical findings, observations, and supporting data
  • Conduct trend and cross-assessment analysis to identify recurring cybersecurity and mission-assurance issues
  • Support validation of assessment reports and associated findings before final publication
  • Identify technical and operational shortfalls and assess potential mission impact
  • Develop briefing materials, analytical summaries, and products supporting senior-leader decision-making
  • Coordinate with assessment teams, Action Officers, technical subject-matter experts, and supported organizations
  • Support development and improvement of assessment methodologies, reporting processes, and analytical products
  • Participate in assessment planning and execution activities
  • Maintain and organize assessment information and supporting documentation
  • Assist with business development, technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing, and proposal color reviews
  • Travel to support assessment, planning, validation, and coordination activities

Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience OR Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience and 10 years of directly related specialized experience
  • Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
  • Experience supporting large-scale exercises
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Able to lift up to 10–15 pounds at a time
  • Travel requirement of 20%–30%
