Job Description
Data Engineer criando soluções de dados em nuvem para empresa brasileira de tecnologia e inovação. Gerenciando Databricks, AWS/Azure, data lakes, data warehouses e pipelines ETL/ELT.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical architecture and design documentation
- Manage the Databricks environment
- Manage AWS and Azure cloud components
- Develop solutions using Java, Python, Spark, and Scala
- Configure network components in hybrid environments
- Define best practices for relational and non-relational data storage
- Implement improvements in Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments
- Implement and manage SQL and NoSQL databases
- Define and develop DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes solutions
- Discuss and define the best solutions for system integrations
- Support the creation of data governance processes
- Discuss the best solutions to support the company’s self-service BI strategy
Requirements:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data modeling, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of AWS CloudWatch, KMS, Glue, Lambda, S3, Redshift, Snowflake, Jenkins, GitLab, Denodo, and Kubernetes
- Strong ability to learn
- International project experience is a plus
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
