Job Description

Intern supporting the Dealers Service Center operations handling administrative tasks and process improvements. Remote position for students at specific universities with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Learning and supporting Dealers Service Center (DSC) indirect operations.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, operational processes, process improvements, and data file migration.
  • Contacting vendors by phone or email to obtain missing or incomplete information.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Operation or another related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required; proficiency with spreadsheets, especially Microsoft Excel preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel.
  • Detail-oriented, demonstrate critical thinking, and excel at problem solving.
