Job Description
Sales Delegate managing Dexcom's diabetes solutions and contributing to market leadership. Engaging with healthcare professionals and customers to achieve sales targets in defined territories.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for successfully presenting the innovative Dexcom product portfolio as well as the associated digital ecosystem to maximize targeted sales.
- You actively contribute to positioning the company as the market leader in continuous glucose monitoring.
- You independently manage a defined territory and are responsible for sales planning, creating sales plans, customer support, supporting diabetes specialist shops, and acquiring new customers.
- You are responsible for achieving and exceeding the sales and KPI targets of the territory.
- You successfully use our sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed your goals in the region.
- You manage your territory independently and plan your routes, including preparation and follow up of visits in CRM systems.
- You take responsibility for the territory budget by controlling expenses.
- You plan and independently organize customer events, which you will moderate and/or conduct. You use various interaction methods to create the best possible, needs oriented customer experience.
- You work cross functionally with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing teams.
- You continuously monitor the market and competitors.
- You maintain professional relationship management with customer networks, decision makers, and key opinion leaders in your territory.
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
- Experience in diabetes and the medical device industry (would be a plus).
- Experience in both primary care and hospitals.
- You have a strong customer and service orientation with proven success in sales.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You possess negotiation skills and strong closing abilities.
- You have a very good understanding of digital applications and processes.
- You show strong problem-solving skills and a winning mindset.
- You have a good understanding of medical devices, especially CGM systems.
- You are capable of building and maintaining long term customer relationships.
- You demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to develop tailored sales strategies.
- You can convey medical and technical information clearly and understandably.
- You can analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- You are results oriented, structured, and operate confidently in a rapidly changing, highly competitive market.
- You are a team player with a high level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm.
- You are proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
