Job Description

Demand Generation Manager leading HubSpot, paid media, and analytics for Instructional Empowerment. Driving qualified leads and pipeline growth to improve teaching and learning nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop demand generation programs across email, paid digital advertising, webinars, events, landing pages, and website content
  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple marketing channels
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator
  • Manage CRM data, segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and reporting
  • Build automated nurture campaigns and improve lead lifecycle management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns
  • Manage campaign budgets and improve performance through testing and optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop dashboards and reports measuring marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages
  • Partner with Sales and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development priorities
  • Translate product capabilities into customer-focused messaging
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and campaign planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated success planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Experience with workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, and campaign automation
  • Experience managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong analytical skills using campaign metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex products or services into compelling customer-focused messaging
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership
  • Preferred: Experience marketing K–12 education products or services to school district leaders and educational decision-makers
  • Preferred: Advanced HubSpot administration, PPC strategy, marketing funnel optimization, product launches, HubSpot certifications, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future
