Job Description

Graphic Designer / Project Coordinator supporting high-volume signage projects for a leading franchise. Involves project coordination and production design from concept through installation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create sign designs based on client direction and project requirements
  • Prepare accurate client proofs for review and approval
  • Make design revisions quickly and efficiently
  • Produce production-ready artwork and files
  • Support overflow production design work as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables
  • Send proofs and design updates to clients
  • Follow up on approvals, revisions, and feedback
  • Track project progress and maintain organized workflows
  • Help move projects through the approval and production pipeline
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, customers, and installers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with installer communication, customer follow-up, approvals, and pricing coordination
  • Support smooth execution from design through production and installation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (top priority)
  • Additional Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Experience producing accurate, fast-turnaround production design work
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable following direction and executing efficiently
  • Experience in signage, print production, large-format graphics, or related industries
  • Client-facing communication experience**

  • Project coordination or workflow management experience
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools
  • Estimating or production workflow knowledge
  • Experience communicating with installers or production vendors
  • Ability to read architectural floor plans, site plans, or construction drawings for signage placement

Benefits:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
  • Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 USD/month
