Job Description
Especialista DevOps evoluindo plataformas, automações e Developer Experience do Grupo Boticário. Empresa brasileira de beleza presente em mais de 40 países.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for initiatives and collaborate on the technical evolution of technologies, processes, and people
- Work hands-on with a focus on Developer Experience, SDLC best practices, and agile infrastructure
- Dedicate approximately 85% of your time to the practical evolution and optimization of the platform, and 15% to ideation, rapid testing, and implementing new solutions
- Implement solutions focused on quality, performance, simplicity, and an improved experience for internal users
- Develop, test, deploy, and monitor solutions
- Maintain, improve, and review existing code through Code Reviews and Pair Programming
- Guide, document, and train users and partner squads on the tools and solutions developed
- Investigate, test, and propose new technologies and practices, including AI
- Contribute to platforms, automations, and paved paths that accelerate the work of the Grupo Boticário technology teams
Requirements:
- Consistent, hands-on experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering
- Practical knowledge of Terraform
- Proficiency in AWS and/or GCP
- Strong knowledge of ArgoCD, GitHub, and GitHub Actions
- Solid, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm
- Knowledge of New Relic, Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
- Ability to develop scripts and automations using Shell Script, Python, Golang, or TypeScript
- Previous involvement in or active pursuit of training and continuous development in Artificial Intelligence is a plus
- Clear, transparent, and collaborative communication skills for working in distributed/remote teams
- Ability to actively listen and readily receive and apply constructive feedback
- Emotional maturity, self-awareness, and a continuous-learning mindset
- Proactive approach and focus on practical problem-solving
