Job Description
DevOps Tech Lead overseeing cloud infrastructure and mentoring DevOps teams. Leading the implementation of CI/CD pipelines in a dynamic engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure
- Lead and mentor a DevOps team (technical guidance, best practices, reviews)
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance
- Work closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams
- Promote DevOps culture and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
- Proven experience in a Lead or Senior role with team management (especially for Tech Lead)
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure
- Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and Python
- Experience with automation, monitoring, and incident management
- Leadership mindset, strong communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in an international context (remote teams)
