Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist leading lead capture and conversion channels in Brazil. Optimizing Salesforce for marketing operations and ensuring seamless customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the roadmap and implementation of lead capture channels (WhatsApp, chat, forms, call tracking)
  • Structure and optimize customer interaction channels, ensuring responsiveness and improved conversion
  • Serve as Salesforce key user for Marketing and Lead Management, driving its continuous evolution
  • Manage lead capture, routing and lifecycle in the CRM, ensuring data quality and governance
  • Identify improvements and implement optimizations in processes, flows and automations within Salesforce
  • Monitor funnel and pipeline performance, generate insights and run A/B tests to increase conversion
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions, develop playbooks, train teams and collaborate with Marketing, Sales and IT

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation or Revenue Operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (required), including lead management, routing logic, report creation and lifecycle processes
  • Experience implementing or managing tools such as website chat / conversational marketing, call tracking, forms and landing pages
  • Strong understanding of: sales pipeline, lead management processes, funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, conversion rates), campaign-to-revenue flow
  • Advanced English for all types of communication
  • Intermediate Spanish (a plus)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT)
  • Experience in project management and process implementation
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and other digital analytics tools
