Job Description
Nymbus is a remote-first fintech; this role validates identities and documents Supports customer digital onboarding across client institutions.
Responsibilities:
- WORK ENVIRONMENT: We are a remote first company with the exception of a few positions being onsite in our designated locations. The positions which are remote you will need to be able to travel a few times a year. You may be required at times to visit client sites or attend meetings at designated locations with your team members.
- POSITION SUMMARY: As a Digital Onboarding Specialist at Nymbus, you will play a critical role in the customer lifecycle by facilitating and reviewing both consumer and commercial digital account applications across our client financial institutions. You will ensure that applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with both regulatory standards and internal fraud prevention protocols. Working within multiple systems —including our onboarding platform, core banking system, and third-party tools— you will be responsible for validating identity, reviewing documentation, detecting suspicious patterns, and supporting customers through the digital onboarding journey.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a banking, fintech, fraud prevention, or client onboarding role with exposure to both consumer and business account workflows.
- Experience handling KYC/CIP processes, document review, and regulatory requirements for both individuals and business entities.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and toggling between environments to complete casework efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
