Job Description

Digital Project Manager leading strategic digital initiatives for World Vision, ensuring delivery of digital capabilities and driving organizational change. Manage projects from planning through operational readiness.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence.
  • Ensure approved business investments are translated into usable digital capabilities.
  • Manage project delivery across the value chain from intent through operational readiness.
  • Orchestrate delivery across disciplines including Business Analysis, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption.
  • Enable effective collaboration to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and key decisions to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Enable business-led Change & Adoption activities including communications, training, and operational transition.
  • Serve as the central coordination point for delivery stakeholders offering transparency on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans covering scope, milestones, and forecasts.
  • Manage project financials including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Recognised project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Agile or hybrid delivery certification (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, SAFe or equivalent) preferred.
  • Change management certification desirable (PROSCI or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing IT projects or workstreams in complex delivery environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey delivery status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engaging stakeholders including business partners and vendors to build effective working relationships.
  • Solid understanding of organisational change and adoption considerations.
  • Experience applying project standards and governance with the ability to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
