Job Description
Director responsible for audience activation and collaborating with leadership on strategic plans. Managing complex delivery models and ensuring high-quality execution across teams at Acxiom.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans
- Operate in a complex, multi-account environment, overseeing delivery across teams
- Lead capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high-quality execution
- Drive operational standards and governance to support efficient delivery
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to align delivery with broader strategic priorities
- Translate strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in client-facing delivery leadership
- Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing)
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
