Job Description

Director responsible for spearheading revenue growth within CivicScience's Chicago market. Engaging agencies and advertisers through unique advertising and data solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage established relationships with agencies and brands in the greater Chicago area across investment, strategy, and programmatic teams.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to create and lead an account plan that will exceed revenue goals for your territory.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business challenges and market dynamics across the AdTech/MarTech landscape.
  • Work with internal client activation teams to manage ad campaigns, ensuring delivery on campaign goals and exceeding client expectations.
  • Drive a positive customer experience and nurture relationships that create new and incremental upsell opportunities.
  • Develop and manage territory forecasts that accurately project revenue throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Provide management with client feedback and industry knowledge, enabling investments in product development to meet the future needs of our clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience with a proven track record of success selling to agencies and advertisers across multiple sectors
  • AdTech experience in first- and third-party audience targeting and technology, DSPs, online measurement, and/or delivery and measurement platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client/stakeholder deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience using CRM and prospecting tools such as Hubspot and LinkedIn
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
