Job Description
Director of Business Development at West Coast University responsible for strategic partnerships and enrollment growth. Focused on building relationships with healthcare systems and educational institutions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnership development, B2B sales, or strategic account management.
- Strong consultative selling and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing informal leadership to team members.
