Job Description

WelbeHealth Director expanding PACE senior-care programs into new U.S. markets. Building healthcare and community partnerships, stakeholder trust, and market-entry support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead local relationship development and community engagement efforts in new and emerging markets
  • Lead stakeholder engagement to build community trust, awareness, and support for WelbeHealth and the PACE model
  • Develop and execute tailored engagement plans reflecting each market’s political, healthcare, and community dynamics
  • Build and sustain partnerships with healthcare and community organizations, including hospital systems, providers, FQHCs, senior service organizations, housing partners, senior centers, and Area Agencies on Aging
  • Cultivate local champions and advocates to support market entry, including letters of support and community engagement participation
  • Represent WelbeHealth at community meetings, conferences, stakeholder forums, and partnership discussions
  • Gather and synthesize local market intelligence, stakeholder feedback, and community perspectives
  • Identify partnership risks, community concerns, and market-entry barriers, and develop mitigation strategies cross-functionally
  • Support WelbeHealth’s expansion of high-quality PACE programs into new U.S. markets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public policy, public health, healthcare administration, business, economics, political science, public relations, or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business development, partnerships, government affairs, community engagement, or related roles
  • Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, managed care, PACE, or senior services strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with community leaders, healthcare organizations, policymakers, regulators, and other external stakeholders
  • Strong business development and partnership-building instincts, with persistence, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to galvanize diverse stakeholders and build coalitions around a shared goal in complex and evolving environments
  • Must be willing and able to work fully remotely with significant and sustained travel to priority markets; travel can be up to 75-80%
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proof of vaccination, or a vaccine declination form, required prior to employment
