Job Description
Director of Client Engagement driving business growth and client satisfaction for Rimini Street. Leading a team to manage and grow enterprise client relationships across North America.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, retain, and grow business with existing clients in North America
- Oversee the Client Engagement Managers and grow revenue per client
- Develop detailed client expansion strategies including plans for high risk renewal clients
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 15+ years’ experience leading high performance teams
- Experience selling technology solutions to large enterprise customers
- Experience selling a range of technology services including software Support, Application Management Services, Managed Services and Professional Services
- Proven track record of sales excellence and client focus
- Ability to leverage successful core offerings to grow sales of new services
