Job Description
Director of Communications leading integrated strategies at a growing agency, driving reputation and influence through effective communication initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and evolve the agency’s communications discipline
- Act as a communications advisor to clients
- Manage media relations and influencer relationships
- Develop thought leadership platforms
- Enhance executive visibility through various channels
- Support clients in reputation management
- Guide communications planning and channel strategy
- Utilize AI tools for insights and trend analysis
Requirements:
- 7+ years in communications and/or public relations
- Agency experience across Healthcare, Technology, and/or Finance preferred
- Proven ability to lead integrated communications programs
- Strong network across media, influencers, and industry platforms
- Exceptional storyteller
- Strategic thinker who ties communications directly to business outcomes
- Confident advising senior executives and influencing decision-making
- AI Fluency: demonstrating comfort and capability with AI tools
