Job Description

Director of Communications leading integrated strategies at a growing agency, driving reputation and influence through effective communication initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and evolve the agency’s communications discipline
  • Act as a communications advisor to clients
  • Manage media relations and influencer relationships
  • Develop thought leadership platforms
  • Enhance executive visibility through various channels
  • Support clients in reputation management
  • Guide communications planning and channel strategy
  • Utilize AI tools for insights and trend analysis

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in communications and/or public relations
  • Agency experience across Healthcare, Technology, and/or Finance preferred
  • Proven ability to lead integrated communications programs
  • Strong network across media, influencers, and industry platforms
  • Exceptional storyteller
  • Strategic thinker who ties communications directly to business outcomes
  • Confident advising senior executives and influencing decision-making
  • AI Fluency: demonstrating comfort and capability with AI tools
