Job Description

Engagement Manager driving BioCatch behavioral biometrics adoption among strategic banking customers. Coordinating projects, business reviews, risk management, and growth opportunities across EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting, and escalations for strategic customers
  • Work with BioCatch Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analyst, and Data Scientist teams
  • Manage risks to the efficacy of the BioCatch solution
  • Coordinate projects and provide strategic oversight to ensure adherence to schedules and scope
  • Develop and update technology delivery project plans, including timelines, resource needs, and task owners
  • Develop work breakdown structures and iterate on projects to maintain efficiency
  • Track milestones and deliverables with customer delivery teams and identify timeline risks
  • Communicate customer expectations to Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams
  • Lead project teams through customer issues by identifying remediation paths, executing plans, and informing stakeholders
  • Coach project team members and provide performance feedback
  • Schedule and facilitate customer meetings regarding product releases and product roadmap feedback
  • Motivate customers to adopt beneficial product enhancements and feature releases early
  • Advocate for customers with internal Solutions, R&D, Products, and Engineering teams
  • Lead and present business reviews to customer business owners
  • Provide internal stakeholders with updates on customer status and KPIs
  • Prepare, review, or contribute to Statements of Work
  • Validate technical feasibility and estimate effort for proposed work
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities
  • Evangelize the BioCatch behavioral biometrics solution and present at conferences

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of post-sales consulting experience in the cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology space working with top-tier customers
  • Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with highly technical internal and external teams and translating requirements and discoveries to non-technical decision-makers
  • Expert-level consultative skills, including collaboration, exploring options, demonstrating solutions, and active listening to understand client needs
  • Expert-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills
  • Strong time management skills and strict adherence to timelines
  • Ability to operate within a structured approach and deliver results
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, solicit input and feedback, and manage conflict
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Sense of purpose, drive, motivation, coachability, competitiveness, curiosity, accountability, and integrity
  • Positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree from a STEM subject or quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; strong candidates with degrees in other disciplines will be considered
