Job Description
Director of Healthcare Partnerships & Growth shaping commercial strategy and building relationships in healthcare innovation at Aequilibrium. Collaborating with stakeholders to drive transformative solutions in education and workforce development.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape the commercial strategy and growth of healthcare innovation initiatives
- Work closely with executive leadership, product and technology teams, healthcare partners, and international collaborators
- Build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
- Identify and validate market opportunities
- Develop partnership and growth strategies
- Support pilot programs and innovation initiatives
- Create pathways to scale successful solutions
- Position Aequilibrium as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation
- Engage with healthcare leaders to improve learning outcomes, workforce readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
