Job Description
Learning Director leading strategy, team operations, and certification for Practifi’s financial technology products. Driving release-based content and learning adoption across clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Learning team
- Own Learning strategy from internal onboarding through client certification
- Lead a team consisting of a learning experience designer, technical writer, training consultants, and learning operations
- Own release planning as a peer to Product and Marketing
- Manage the content cycle following each release across the knowledge base, portals, and vignette library
- Own client-specific learning environments alongside PractifiU, from build through retirement
- Manage the Learning budget
- Report on learning engagement and its impact on product adoption
- Participate in cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Client Support
- Report to the COO
Requirements:
- 5+ years in learning, enablement, or technical training
- 3+ years leading a team
- Experience running a documentation and LMS estate at some scale
- Experience partnering with Product or Engineering on release-driven content
- Ability to check product behavior directly, including opening an org and reading a permission set before documenting it
- B2B SaaS experience is especially helpful
- Salesforce vocabulary is advantageous
- Financial services or wealthtech experience is a bonus
- Ability to quickly learn specialist language
- Experience using AI tools to build content is relevant
