Job Description
Director of Media Strategy responsible for refining sports analytics products at Zoomph. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between product development and the needs of sports teams, media organizations, and brand partners.
- Collaborate with the CPO to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Leverage client feedback, market trends, and internal analytics.
- Partner with engineering teams to translate business requirements into product specifications.
- Lead the development of data visualization dashboards.
- Engage directly with sports teams, brands, and media partners to understand their pain points.
- Analyze market trends in sponsorship activation, audience engagement, and broadcast media.
- Utilize Zoomph's proprietary data for product innovation.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in sports Media Strategy, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or media technology industries.
- Strong understanding of sports sponsorship measurement, media analytics, or audience engagement tools.
- Proven experience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature roadmaps.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and concepts to deliver actionable, user-friendly analytics dashboards.
- Ability to analyze user behavior, client feedback, and market trends to inform product strategy.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in product management tools like TFS, Figma, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and prioritization.
