Job Description

E3n Director managing member-school relationships and onboarding for assessment, data, and student well-being services. Guiding independent schools toward stronger teaching, learning, and student outcomes through data-informed consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of member schools
  • Build trusted partnerships with heads of school, academic deans, curriculum leaders, division directors, counselors, and instructional leadership teams
  • Help schools maximize the value of E3n’s products and services
  • Understand member goals, priorities, and challenges and identify engagement opportunities
  • Support onboarding and implementation of achievement assessments and related products and services
  • Guide schools in using assessment and student well-being tools, reporting platforms, and professional learning opportunities
  • Facilitate ongoing member conversations focused on adoption, utilization, and success
  • Support membership growth and additional product utilization
  • Respond to member questions and support requests with internal teams
  • Help schools interpret assessment results and connect insights to instructional planning and student success
  • Coordinate with Product, Research, Professional Learning, and Platform teams to resolve questions and improve member experience
  • Monitor portfolio engagement, product utilization, member success, and retention
  • Gather and communicate member feedback, trends, challenges, and opportunities internally
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce records documenting interactions, engagement, opportunities, and support activities
  • Collaborate across Membership, Product, Research, Professional Learning, Growth, and Platform teams
  • Contribute member insights to future products, services, research, and programming
  • Represent E3n at conferences, webinars, workshops, and member-facing events
  • Facilitate professional learning discussions focused on assessment, instructional improvement, and student success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 9–12+ years of experience in education, academic leadership, assessment, member success, customer success, or relationship management
  • Experience working with schools, educators, or education-focused organizations
  • Strong relationship management and consultative communication skills
  • Comfort partnering with heads of school, academic deans, curriculum and instructional leaders, counselors, and educators
  • Confidence presenting to professional audiences and facilitating discussions about assessment data and instructional improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple member relationships in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working within independent or private schools preferred
  • Experience supporting educators through assessment programs, educational data systems, or instructional improvement initiatives preferred
  • Background in teaching, curriculum development and planning, academic leadership, or educational assessment preferred
  • Experience presenting to professional audiences or facilitating educator and school-leader workshops preferred
  • Independent school admissions or enrollment management experience is a plus
  • Salesforce record maintenance and documentation experience
