Job Description

Director of Marketing Operations leading marketing programs for clients in the building products industry at linqd. Overseeing tech stack and operational strategies for optimized outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing operations and technology function
  • Partner with Account Management to translate client goals into campaign architectures
  • Collaborate with the CTO and Product Team on the next evolution of our stack
  • Own HubSpot (CRM, marketing, sales, reporting) end-to-end
  • Serve as a client-facing partner alongside Account Management
  • Hire, coach, and develop the marketing operations team

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years in marketing operations working across CDP, CRM, and email/SMS platforms
  • 2+ years leading a team, directly or indirectly
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of the marketing tech stack
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with the ability to interpret client needs
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus
  • Building products / multi-channel, multi-audience industry experience is a nice-to-have.
