Job Description

Director of Sales leading the West Account Executive Team at MCCi, driving revenue and developing high-performing teams focused on government clients

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all functions of the West Account Executive Team
  • Drive all aspects of team revenue growth, including strategy and tactical plans
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment
  • Create and execute a strategic plan to exceed sales targets
  • Continuously motivate, coach, and inspire employees
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members
  • Prepare and ensure the accuracy of periodic reports
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all team-related issues
  • Evaluate and refine sales processes
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years as a successful Sales Leader in a high-growth organization with managing teams of 8+ direct reports
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, ECM/Laserfiche highly preferred
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in comparable roles
  • Known for exceptional team-building skills
  • Polished presentation skills, both online and in-person
  • Highly organized with outstanding prioritization and time management capabilities
  • Experience navigating and thriving in rapidly changing, fast-paced business environments
