Job Description

Director leading post-acquisition transitions for Honor’s technology-enabled home care operations. Stabilizing acquired agencies, integrating teams and systems, and building scalable growth playbooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of newly acquired home care businesses, including financial performance, organizational structure, local market dynamics, operational workflows, and growth opportunities
  • Assess business health and identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities affecting successful transitions
  • Develop and execute stabilization and transition plans balancing operational change with business continuity
  • Evaluate talent and leadership capabilities within acquired businesses
  • Decide staffing needs and retention plans aligned with Honor’s operating model
  • Partner with local leaders and employees through significant change
  • Hire and onboard additional staff as required
  • Lead adoption of Honor’s standard operating procedures, systems, reporting, and performance management practices
  • Partner with the Implementations team on client, Care Pro, and system migrations
  • Coordinate implementation activities with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other partners
  • Improve sales performance, referral generation, recruiting effectiveness, and operational execution
  • Prioritize resources across revenue protection, organizational change, operational risk, and scalability
  • Coach local leaders on operational and team management
  • Execute handoff to O&O leadership and support long-term growth
  • Develop repeatable tools, playbooks, operating mechanisms, and transition frameworks
  • Maintain revenue, minimize client attrition, and ensure business continuity during transitions
  • Complete organizational, operational, and system transitions on schedule
  • Establish leadership teams and operating models capable of sustaining performance and growth
  • Build tools and playbooks enabling the transitions team to scale simultaneous transactions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience leading operational teams, business units, or multi-functional initiatives with accountability for business performance and outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or business turnarounds
  • Experience managing more than one significant workstream at once, or a single engagement materially larger than a standard territory transition
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose issues, prioritize opportunities, and measure results
  • Experience influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure and repeatable playbooks where none exist
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, M&A integration, or other service-based industries is a plus
  • MBA is a plus

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact
  • Equal opportunity employment
