Job Description
Director/Product Advisor at Unanet defining and delivering manufacturing-focused software solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI and improve decision-making for industry challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and influence software product direction for manufacturing-focused capabilities
- Translate manufacturing workflows into software functionally by partnering with Product Management
- Ensure product-market fit by understanding manufacturing operations
- Drive AI-enabled innovation to improve automation and decision-making
- Engage with customers and industry stakeholders for feedback
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to validate solutions
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
- Deep understanding of the 'jobs to be done' for manufacturing software users
- Ability to clearly articulate complex industry concepts to Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders
- Forward-thinking perspective on integrating AI/automation into manufacturing software solutions
- Bachelor's degree
