Job Description
Director of Product Management overseeing OEM Support Engineers, Product Owners, and Country Research Analysts. Leading strategy implementation and service delivery in a fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee OEM Support Engineers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Country Research Analysts
- Draft OEM processes and develop onboarding procedures
- Support the OEM Development Manager in project execution
- Ensure consistency and quality of OEM services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Knowledge of OEM support processes
- Familiarity with JIRA and project management tools
- Experience in managing teams and resources globally
