Job Description
District Manager responsible for coaching and supporting Field Reps in the Mid-Atlantic region for Basemakers. Focusing on performance metrics and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop and support Field Reps through coaching
- KPI conversations
- Ride-alongs
- Performance follow-up
- Ongoing communication
- Drive route completion
- Promote wins
- Maintain merchandising standards
- Enhance brand knowledge
- Foster team culture
- Improve overall regional performance
Requirements:
- Employed with Basemakers for a minimum of 9 months
- 1 year is preferred
- Have consistently met either of the following metrics: Wins conversion at or above the company standard of 7.5%
- 95% route completion
