Job Description

Drilling Optimization & Real Time Monitoring Engineer optimizing well operations in the Oil & Gas industry. Lead technical analysis and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for safe and efficient asset delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Continuous monitoring of critical real-time operational parameters to mitigate risks, maximize mechanical efficiency, and ensure wellbore integrity
  • Execution of predictive hydraulics, and torque and drag (T&D) analysis to optimize the mud weight window and energy transmission to the bit
  • Lead the analysis of drilling KPIs (NPT, ILT, Flat Time), optimizing ROP through the calculation and design of Drilling Roadmaps based on MSE (Mechanical Specific Energy), formation signatures, and technical limits (Limiter Analysis)
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Geosciences, Well Engineering, and Operations) to align optimization strategies with safe and cost-effective asset delivery goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in managing, analyzing, and interpreting real-time drilling data platforms
  • Availability to work flexible shifts and on-call rotations (24/7) to support operations in different time zones
  • Advanced English (C1): Technical proficiency and fluency to interact with global teams and draft engineering reports.
