Job Description
Dutch-speaking fashion customer support agent answering customer queries for a global brand. Atlean World supports multilingual recruitment and relocation to Portugal.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email
- Solve problems and create positive customer experiences
- Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards
- Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems
- Work closely with the team to improve service
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- Good English
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A problem-solving, can-do mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- Availability to work in shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clean criminal record
- B2+ English level
- Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
- Must be a resident of a country within the European Union
- CV must be sent in English
